Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy Summary:
- All eligible UK returns are accepted within 14-days of receiving them for a refund.
- Returns must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
- Your returned items can take up to 28 working days to reach us, be processed and fully refunded.
- We do not accept returns on personalised items, or products specified as non-returnable.
- Once we receive your returned items, you will receive an email notification of your refund or your account credit if it's an exchange or you have requested account credit.
- We do not pay for return postage. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refunded amount for returned items.
United Kingdom Returns
Every item in Your delivery will be displayed in Your FIT FOR ICONS order account. Select the item You want to return and complete the automated online returns by entering the code number of the items you wish to return and selecting the most appropriate ‘reason’ code. This will help Us improve the quality of Our service in the future. Please remember to enclose the original packing slip in the parcel You are returning and all original packaging. Please do not send any payment with returned Product(s).
Non- Returnable Items:
FIT FOR ICONS wall art canvas prints and posters are non-returnable due to the nature of the item.
FIT FOR ICONS earrings are non-returnable for hygiene and infection control reasons.
FIT FOR ICONS Personalised items are non-returnable
Please note that for any other Products, returns will only be accepted where the Products are returned in a new and saleable condition (other than where the Products were not in a new and saleable condition when You received them).
Any additional Conditions for return outlined on a Product, or its packaging, on Our Website, or any platform or physical location we sell in forms part of FIT FOR ICONS returns policy.
If You purchased Your item through our website or mobile app You have 28 days from the day You received your items for the returned products to reach us. All items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging. Follow the instructions for returns in your account.
You can return Products via Your local Postal Service or your preferred carrier.
Every delivery comes with a ‘Packing Slip’ listing the contents. You need this document to make a return. Please enter the relevant order number of the item(s)You are returning and choose the most appropriate ‘reason’ code on the list. This will help Us improve the quality of Our service in the future. Please remember to enclose the packing slip in the parcel You are returning.
We do not cover the cost of postage for returns except for the return of faulty Products (only the cost of a standard postal service will be refunded where applicable and on production of a receipt).
Refunding & Credits
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund or credit. Refunds do not include any shipping or restocking charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
Your original form of payment for the original transaction will be used to refund your account and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee if applicable and a restocking fee. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
If you have opted to exchange an item, your account will be credited with the amount of the product price less the return label fee and/or restocking fee, where applicable.
Please remember that if You don't use your account with us or you don't have an account with us and you cannot produce a Certificate of Posting from Your Postal Service then We will not be able to refund or credit Your account if the parcel goes missing.
International Purchases and Refunds
Purchases from this Website are in British Pounds (£ GBP). Refunds will be issued in the currency in which You originally paid for the purchase. Banks and International credit/debit card issuers will determine exchange rates and may make additional charges, which You are liable to pay.
All Orders are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes payable, will be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If You have any questions related to customs charges, please contact Your local customs office.
Returns to Us are at Your cost and You should keep evidence of having sent the Products, such as a certificate of posting. We do not accept exchanges for international purchases.
For reasons of copyright, health and hygiene, We cannot accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on Personalised items, Canvas Prints, Wall Art Posters, Earrings or Medical Devices.
