Placing an Order
You are not authorised to order Products via this Website if You are Younger than 18 years of age.
All Orders are subject to acceptance by Us and are subject to availability. After placing an Order, You will receive an email from Us acknowledging that We have received Your Order. Please note that this does not mean that Your Order has been accepted. Your Order constitutes an offer to Us to buy a Product. All Orders are subject to acceptance by Us and We will confirm such acceptance by sending You an email that confirms that the Product has been despatched (the “Despatch Notice”).
The Contract between Us will only be formed when We send You the Despatch Notice. Where, in our reasonable judgement, We believe that there is an Error, We will be entitled to cancel Your Order and refund Your payment.
Where the Error is noticed before the Order is dispatched, We will use all reasonable endeavours to inform You and allow You to choose whether to re-place the Order at the correct price or to have Your Order refunded.

We aim to deliver Next Day delivery Orders within 1 to 2 days. All deliveries will be made between 08:00 and 20:00 Monday – Saturday (excluding Public/Bank Holidays).
Our carrier is not available to deliver next day to the following locations:
- The Scottish Highlands and Islands,
- Isle of Wight,
- Isle of Man,
- Northern Ireland

UK Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard delivery Orders within 5 working days Monday - Saturday.
We aim to meet these timescales but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer.
All deliveries will be made between 08:00 and 20:00 Monday-Saturday (excluding Public/Bank Holidays). Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take up to two working days longer.

- All eligible UK returns are accepted within 14-days of receiving them for a refund
- Returns must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise, and merchandise with tags removed.
- Your returned items can take up to 28 working days to reach us, be processed and fully refunded.
- We do not accept returns on personalised items, or products specified as non-returnable.
- Once we receive your returned items, you will receive an email notification of your refund or your account credit if it's an exchange. Refunds will be made to the payment card used to purchase the items.

Funds will be loaded to your digital card within 24 working hours of processing your order, but please always check the balance on your card before trying to make a purchase. Your Fit For Icons eGift Card can be used online only at www.fitforicons.com. If your eGift Card code is lost or stolen please contact Customer Services as soon as possible so we can arrange for your eGift Card to be blocked.
Your eGift Card is valid for 12 months from the last credit, debit or balance transaction before it will expire.

By registering for the refer-a-friend scheme, you can give your friends a reward which is a 15% discount off their first order at Fit For Icons website. When your friend makes their first order online, you’ll receive an email giving you a reward for your next order online. It’s a win-win!
After registering you’ll be given the option to refer a friend by email, Facebook, Instagram, Google or you can copy and paste the link. Our refer-a-friend programme also allows you to share this offer with your friends by word of mouth, using just your email or registered name to claim their reward. Simply tell your friends to enter your name that you used to register when prompted on the checkout page.
To get their reward, your friend needs to register and when prompted enter your email or name used to sign up. They will receive their unique promotion code by email. To redeem the discount, the code should be entered into the promotion code box on the checkout page.
When the friend you referred makes their first order to the minimum value, you’ll receive an email with your reward code, as long as your friend makes the order using the email or name you’ve registered.
To be eligible for the reward, your friend must be a new customer. If your friend has shopped with us before online, they will not be eligible for the reward.
